SHIPPING POLICY

• Free shipping on orders over PKR 4,000. Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days.
• We aim to ship orders quickly, but delivery times depend on factors beyond our control. Lahore orders arrive in 1-3 days; other major cities in 2-5 days. Rural and smaller areas may take longer.

 REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• Returns accepted for damaged or faulty items in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
• Report damages within 24 hours of delivery with proof (video/photos) sent to info@mindblowingtoys.com. Claims after 24 hours won’t be entertained.
• If a complaint is lodged within specified time limit, MindBlowingToys.online will collect the product for examination. If the claim is accurate, MindBlowingToys.online will either replace the product or you can exchange the product with any other product.
• Refunds for verified damaged products will be processed within seven days to your bank account.
• Dislikes or color variations (unless paid for) are not eligible for refunds exchanges.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and delivery charges are non- refundable. Items must be returned within seven days of complaint.
